ANNEX A 

STANDARD INFORMATION FORM FOR PACKAGE TRAVEL

(Prepared in accordance with Directive (EU) 2015/2302 and the applicable Italian legislation governing package travel.)


Before You Book

The combination of travel services offered to you is a Package Holiday within the meaning of applicable European and Italian package travel legislation.

You will therefore benefit from all rights applying to package holidays.

Travel Feed Ecosystem SRL, operating under the commercial brand One Pelican®, will be fully responsible for the proper performance of the package as required by applicable law.

In addition, Travel Feed Ecosystem SRL has insolvency protection to refund your payments and, where applicable, ensure your repatriation if the Company becomes insolvent.


Your Main Rights

As a traveller purchasing a package holiday, you have important legal rights.

These include:

Before Departure

You will receive all essential information regarding:

  • destination;

  • itinerary;

  • accommodation;

  • transportation;

  • meals;

  • passport and visa requirements;

  • health requirements;

  • cancellation conditions;

  • payment schedule;

  • organiser details.


Contract Documents

You will receive a Booking Confirmation and travel documentation containing the principal characteristics of the package purchased.


Responsibility

Travel Feed Ecosystem SRL is responsible for ensuring that all travel services included in your package are performed properly, subject to applicable law.


Assistance

If you encounter difficulties during your journey, the Company will provide appropriate assistance as required by applicable legislation.


Significant Changes

If significant elements of your package must be changed before departure, you will be informed promptly.

Where required by law, you may have the right to:

  • accept the proposed changes;

  • accept an alternative package;

  • terminate the contract and receive the remedies provided by applicable legislation.


Price Changes

The package price may only be increased where permitted by applicable law and only in the circumstances described in the General Terms and Conditions.

Where applicable law provides, you may have the right to terminate the contract if any increase exceeds the statutory threshold.


Cancellation by the Traveller

You may cancel the package before departure.

Cancellation charges may apply in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions and the applicable Booking Confirmation.


Extraordinary Circumstances

Where extraordinary and unavoidable circumstances significantly affect the performance of the package or transport to the destination, applicable law may grant you the right to terminate the contract without paying cancellation charges.


Organiser Cancellation

If Travel Feed Ecosystem SRL cancels the package before departure for reasons other than your fault, you shall be entitled to the remedies provided by applicable law.


Insolvency Protection

If Travel Feed Ecosystem SRL becomes insolvent:

  • your payments are protected through insolvency protection arrangements required by applicable legislation;

  • where transport is included, repatriation protection will apply where legally required.

Details of the insolvency protection provider will be communicated in the Booking Confirmation or other mandatory pre-contractual documentation.


Complaints

If any travel service is not performed properly, you should notify the Company without undue delay.

Prompt reporting enables corrective measures to be taken whenever reasonably possible.


Assistance During Difficulties

Should you encounter difficulties during your journey, Travel Feed Ecosystem SRL will provide reasonable assistance appropriate to the circumstances, including:

  • information regarding health services;

  • local authorities;

  • consular assistance;

  • communication with insurers;

  • alternative travel arrangements where applicable.


Transfer of the Package

Where permitted by law and supplier conditions, you may transfer your package to another traveller, subject to:

  • advance notice;

  • payment of any additional costs;

  • supplier approval where required.


Personal Data

Your personal information will be processed solely for purposes connected with your travel arrangements and in accordance with the Company's Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.
