CANCELLATION CHARGES SCHEDULE
Standard Cancellation Policy
Unless otherwise stated in the Booking Confirmation or Special Conditions, the following cancellation charges apply.

More than 60 days before departure | Administrative Fee (if applicable) |
60–41 days | Deposit retained |
40–21 days | 50% of the total booking price |
20–11 days | 75% of the total booking price |
10 days or less | 100% of the total booking price |
No Show | 100% |
Non-Refundable Services
The following services may be non-refundable once confirmed:
airline tickets;
event tickets;
festival passes;
insurance premiums;
visa fees;
supplier deposits;
tailor-made services.
Specific conditions will always be communicated before confirmation.
Refund Method
Approved refunds shall normally be processed using the original payment method.
Processing times depend upon:
suppliers;
payment providers;
banking institutions.
