These Product-Specific Booking Conditions supplement the General Terms & Conditions.

Where a Product-Specific Booking Condition conflicts with the General Terms, the Product-Specific Booking Condition shall prevail for that product only.


SECTION A

PACKAGE HOLIDAYS

Definition

A Package Holiday consists of a combination of at least two travel services sold as a single package in accordance with applicable package travel legislation.

Examples include:

  • Flights + Hotel

  • Hotel + Transfers

  • Hotel + Excursions

  • Festival + Hotel

  • Festival + Flights + Hotel

  • Multi-day Tours


Deposit

Standard Deposit:

30% of the total package price

Unless otherwise specified.


Balance

The remaining balance shall normally be paid 40 days before departure.


Included Services

The Booking Confirmation specifies exactly what is included.

Examples:

  • Accommodation

  • Airport Transfers

  • Tours

  • Local Guides

  • Meals

  • Event Tickets


Cancellation

As specified in Annex B unless different conditions are stated.


SECTION B

HOTELS

Accommodation Only

Hotel-only bookings are subject to the hotel's own cancellation conditions.

Possible rate types include:

Flexible Rate

Free cancellation until the deadline specified during booking.


Partially Refundable Rate

Cancellation fees apply.


Non-Refundable Rate

No refund after confirmation.


Check-in

Travellers are responsible for:

  • presenting valid identification;

  • complying with hotel policies;

  • paying local tourist taxes where applicable.


SECTION C

FLIGHTS

Airline Responsibility

Flights are operated by the relevant airline.

Airline Conditions of Carriage apply in addition to these Terms.


Schedule Changes

Airlines may modify:

  • departure times;

  • aircraft;

  • routes;

  • terminals.

Such operational changes remain under the airline's control.


Names

Passenger names must exactly match official travel documents.

Any correction may incur supplier fees.


Missed Flights

The Company shall not be responsible where a Traveller:

  • arrives late;

  • fails to check in;

  • lacks valid documentation.


SECTION D

FESTIVALS & EVENTS


Included Services

Festival packages may include:

  • Hotel

  • Festival Pass

  • VIP Pass

  • Transfers

  • Workshops

  • Guided Activities

  • Welcome Dinner

  • Airport Assistance

Only services listed in the Booking Confirmation are included.


Programme Changes

Festival programmes are organised by independent event organisers.

Schedules may change.

Examples:

  • artists;

  • instructors;

  • speakers;

  • venues;

  • timetables.

These changes do not automatically entitle the Traveller to compensation.


Weather

Outdoor events may be affected by weather conditions.

Alternative arrangements remain at the organiser's discretion.


Artist Cancellation

The cancellation of an individual:

  • artist;

  • DJ;

  • instructor;

  • performer;

  • guest speaker;

shall not automatically constitute cancellation of the festival.


Festival Cancellation

Where the organiser cancels the entire event, the Company shall cooperate with the organiser in determining available remedies.

Refunds shall depend upon:

  • organiser policies;

  • supplier recoveries;

  • applicable law.


SECTION E

EXCURSIONS

Weather

Excursions may be cancelled for safety reasons.

Examples:

  • strong winds;

  • high waves;

  • volcanic activity;

  • heavy rain;

  • unsafe sea conditions.

Safety decisions are final.


Minimum Participants

Excursions may require minimum participation.

Alternative dates may be offered.


Physical Fitness

Travellers are responsible for ensuring that they possess the required physical ability.


SECTION F

ADVENTURE EXPERIENCES

Adventure experiences include:

  • trekking;

  • volcano hiking;

  • canyoning;

  • diving;

  • kayaking;

  • mountain biking;

  • sailing.

Participation is voluntary.

Travellers acknowledge the inherent risks associated with outdoor activities.


Equipment

Participants must correctly use all safety equipment provided.

Failure to follow safety instructions may result in removal from the activity.


SECTION G

PRIVATE TOURS

Private tours are organised exclusively for the Traveller or private group.

Once confirmed:

  • supplier commitments are often immediate;

  • custom arrangements may be non-refundable.

Specific cancellation conditions shall be communicated before confirmation.


SECTION H

MONTHLY PAYMENT PLANS

This section is extremely important because you plan to sell graduation festivals and other products through monthly subscriptions.


Instalment Plans

Eligible products may be purchased through monthly instalments.

The Booking Confirmation specifies:

  • number of payments;

  • payment dates;

  • total price;

  • deposit, if applicable.


Missed Instalments

Failure to pay an instalment may result in:

  • reminder notices;

  • suspension of the booking;

  • cancellation of the reservation;

  • application of cancellation charges.


Voluntary Cancellation

Cancellation after several instalments have been paid does not automatically entitle the Traveller to reimbursement of all instalments.

Applicable cancellation charges shall be deducted before calculating any refund.


Default

Where the Traveller repeatedly fails to honour the agreed payment schedule, the Company reserves the right to terminate the payment plan and cancel the booking.


SECTION I

GIFT CARDS

Gift Cards may be redeemed against eligible travel products.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • they are non-refundable;

  • they are not redeemable for cash;

  • they expire on the date shown on the Gift Card.


SECTION J

PROMOTIONAL PRODUCTS

Special promotions may include:

  • Early Booking Discounts;

  • Flash Sales;

  • Black Friday;

  • Ambassador Programmes;

  • Referral Campaigns.

Promotional conditions shall be specified at the time of purchase.

Promotional discounts cannot normally be applied retrospectively.


SECTION K

TRAVEL CONSULTANT SERVICES

Where the Traveller purchases an optional premium planning service from One Pelican, the Company may provide:

  • destination consultation;

  • itinerary planning;

  • supplier recommendations;

  • visa guidance;

  • travel advice.

Unless expressly agreed, these consultancy services do not constitute legal, immigration, tax or financial advice.


FINAL PROVISIONS

The Product-Specific Booking Conditions form an integral part of the travel contract.

The Company reserves the right to update these Product-Specific Booking Conditions for future bookings.

The version applicable to a booking shall be the version in force at the time the Booking Confirmation is issued.
